Delete your Aethel Bot account

What you can delete

You can ask us to delete your staff login: the email, name, role, and push-notification token tied to that person. The mobile app does not create accounts. A workspace administrator invites you, and this request removes that invited login.

Workspace content stays with the workspace owner. Customer messages, bookings, and other tenant records are not deleted when one staff member leaves, because the business still needs them.

What we may keep

After we delete the staff login, we may still keep billing and tax records for as long as the law requires, and security logs for as long as we need them to investigate abuse or protect the service. We do not keep the deleted login for advertising.

Send the form below, or email [email protected] with the subject “Aethel Bot account deletion request” and the email address on the account. We will confirm once the staff login is removed.
